The Office Manager will provide administrative support to Upper Management.
Requirements 2-3 years of relevant experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with SAP Accounting is a huge plus but not required Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Outstanding planning, organization and time management skills, with attention to detail.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to work well independently.
Must possess the ability to be professional and discreet with confidential information.
Experience with ADP Payroll strongly preferred.
Responsibilities Accounts Payable - manage outgoing invoicing and bill payments, wire transfers, and payroll.
Accounts Receivable - manage incoming payments including customer invoicing Payroll - manages a biweekly payroll with ADP and time card management.
HR- Maintain confidential, accurate and complete employee files and other HR related information.
General clerical duties including, but not limited to:
answering phones, ordering supplies, greeting customers, and filing.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
